To Smokers that want to quit!

I was a smoker for 40 years, and I started to get afraid that I would be on oxygen if I did not stop smoking. I smoked 2 packs a day and coughed everyday. I told myself that I would try to quit again after New Years. I thought I could use some help so I looked in the phone book and found Alice Nasife and I called and made an appointment for the very next day. This was the best money I ever spent in my life. I have not picked up a cigarette not even once since my only visit with Alice. I feel and look better now than I have in the last 15 years. Alice is so great she calls me to ask how I am dong and anytime I really think I want a cigarette I call her and she helps me through it and I feel better. I can now say after 40 years "I am a non-smoker" It has now been 5 months. I am so proud of myself, but I could not have done it without Allie.

I am very grateful Alice came into my life. Before I met Alice I was always struggling to keep weight off. I was very uncomfortable with my weight. I always worried about what I was going to eat and I made sure I had plenty of snacks around. I was always hungry. I came to the realization that I needed to do something about my weight. I had tried a 600 calorie per day diet and had lost 110 pounds. and I ended up gaining half of the weight I had lost back. As usual I now know that the calorie diet I had gone on was just a quick fix. I met Alice and she introduced me to Hypnosis.

I had talked to Alice about weight loss. Alice said if I had the desire to make a permanent change in my life, Hypnosis will work for me. I agreed on doing a session on weight loss with Alice. I have seen immediate results in the food I choose and I as well have noticed my cloths fit better. I have lost inches as well as weight. I do not have to count calories anymore. My daily life guides me in making proper decisions on the food I eat. I now have made this a permanent way of life and I will never have to worry about weight any more. I feel very confident and will never go back to the way I use to eat. I have made good positive changes in my life because of Alice and I am grateful.

My name is B. E.. I am 59 years old and I would like to share some fantastic news. I am a 29 year resident of Las Vegas, happily married, I have a good job and I am a former alcoholic.  I approximately 1967 I began drinking socially. It graduated to habitual then over time (I can't remember when) my drinking got out of control. I was drinking during work hours driving a company truck. I was putting my employer's business and license in jeopardy for the next drink.  He began getting calls from clients saying my breath smelled of alcohol and my co-workers agreed.

My employer say me down, questioned my drinking and asked me if I had a problem. At that time, I assured him I could and would take control and care of my drinking, my job and his company. He offered to help but I declined saying I was quitting drinking. that evening at home I told my wife happened. By this time, we both knew I had a problem that was out of control. I still thought I could solve this on my own. NOT!!!

Approximately three weeks later my supervisor K. N. took me aside stating I smelled of alcohol. My case coming to a close, he referred me to his wife Alice. I called and scheduled an appointment to have a session of therapy. On April 27th 2007, fifteen minutes before my therapy session I drank a beer in her parking lot. My last beer. I went to this session open minded and grateful for any help. I met a remarkable, caring, honest and sincere Alice (Allie) Nasife. I left left Allie's office that day a non-drinker with a second chance at my job, marriage and health. I have to admit, I had a few tough times but with Alice's continued support and encouragement, I made it.

Now one year later, still a non-drinker, my wife, family, friends and I thank you so much for your caring, honest and sincere help that created the new me.

Dear Allie,

I'm really not the greatest with words, but I want to tell you about the angel that came into my life. I'll start by telling you that I am 41 years old, live in San Bernardino Ca. and have been suffering from emphysema for a long time. The doctor told me I had it in November of 2000, My mother was at the time battling breast cancer. Well to make a long story shorter I was in no frame of mind to even think about quitting smoking at the time. My mother passed and I started smoking even more. Rolling my own and smoking no less then 50 to 60 cigarettes a day. As more and more time passed with me smoking it began to effect my ability to do almost anything without having to stop and rest every few minutes. It really was scary to not be able to breath. People would hear me at times even when I was lying down at night ready to sleep and ask me," Are you okay?" My breathing was so loud that it was embarrassing for me. So in 2002. I made up my mind that it was quit or die soon like the doctor's told me I would. Now you would think that any one that watched there grandmother suffer for 20 years and then die a long slow death from that very thing (Emphysema) would find what ever it took to stop. I tried every thing to stop, patches, nicorette gum, even going places where I couldn't buy any. Nothing worked. I made my self deathly sick with the patch, the gum didn't even faze me. and I would pick up butts to smoke if there was not a store close enough to buy them.

I truly had given up any hope of being able to stop and sadly enough accepted the fact that I would soon die because of smoking. Nothing has ever made me feel more like a coward and a failure to myself and the people that love and care about me. I can't even start to tell you how a person that has always had pretty high self esteem began to feel worthless and ashamed of myself. But I could not do any thing about it. That is when the miracle started to UN fold. My friend Trudy has a sister that I had met before but had no clue what kind of job or much at all really about her. But one day while she was talking to her sister and I was reading your web page, I thought it was crazy to even think something I did not even believe would work. But I thought I don't have any hope at all. So I got on the phone and I ask if you could or would help me quit smoking. And you said "Yes" That one word was what saved my life. That weekend Trudy Kendall and my self drove to Las Vegas to see you and your mom. That was on 6/23/06 and you took me to your office on 6/25/06 and I have not had to pick up a cigarette since. I can't tell you how much you mean to me or the amount of love and respect I have for you. You truly are an angel. You really have given me life.

Today I can breath much more quietly, walk much further, and go to work and be able to stay up with every one else. God Bless You Allie. I will never forget you and the second chance at life you have made possible for me. Thank you.

Dear Allie: 

My eleven year old son had been suffering for over two years with chronic daily headaches.

From the onset, we had taken him every health practitioner under the sun. He had every MRI, CT scan, X-ray and lab test imaginable. We consulted with Neurologists, Allergists, Ear, Eye, Nose specialists, Endocrinologists, Chiropractic, and Psychologists. After almost a year, with no relief found for his pain (he didn't respond to any medications that were given, and there were many!!) I decided to take him out of the state to the Mayo Clinic, where I was reassured that "if anything was wrong with him, they could find it!". After a week of being poked, and prodded, examined and questioned, the only thing we had to show for it all was several thousand dollars worth of bills.

For the next year, we visited his neurologist regularly, he would make notes, and apologize that there wasn't much anything anyone could do, and that hopefully, he would "grow out of it". By now, the headaches had disabled him to the extent that he was not able to go to school, or play like normal kids his age. Our lives were totally turned inside out and upside down. However, from my own personal observation, it appeared that loud noise was an obvious trigger for the headaches, and if he could be kept in a quiet and peaceful environment, he would have the headaches less often.

Determined to find a solution, I decided that I would leave no stone unturned. I would drive past a sign near my home almost daily which read "hypnosis, I CAN HELP YOU!", and never gave it much thought. But at this point, I thought, what harm would it do, to give the person a call.

I didn't know what to expect, and always thought of the entertainers who did hypnosis, so, I was really skeptical although I felt desperate to help my son feel better.

I was surprised when the voice on the phone was that of a very sincere, caring, and gentle woman. When I explained our situation to her, she gave careful thought about how or if she could treat my son. After a long phone conversation, we mutually agreed that she should do a hypnotic session with my son.

My son was anxious and hopeful to find a solution to his pain. He had become more anxious and despondent because of it, but was hopeful there was something or somebody that could help him. We prayed together nightly.....and prayed that the hypnosis might work well for him.

(part of me felt that the least I could do for him was demonstrate that I would not give up on finding a cure for him...and really didn't expect much else to come of it!!)

We were excited about the appointment, and felt very relaxed when we first met with Alice. (Allie). She was as nice and as gentle in person as she had impressed me over the phone.

The session was over in an hour, and she sent him home with a tape to listen to. He had maybe one headache that week, and just two more for the rest of the month. The hypnosis seemed to have worked!!

With time going on, it's been 3 months now. Austin is returning to school, and playing with his friends again. He tells all of his friends, that hypnosis has helped him. He loves Allie and every time he feels challenged with anything, he asks if maybe we should see her again, to get help for it.

As it turns out, I met someone in the past month or so who also saw Allie and was able to quit smoking, thanks to her. I am now hoping she can help me to lose weight.

Good morning Alice, how are you? I just had to take a moment to tell you THANK
 YOU!  I still cannot believe what has happen myself. After my one  session
 with you, I have not played one dollar in a machine, nor do I have the desire
 to. I had gambled for the past ten years, myself and my husband. Together our
 income is well over one-hundred thousand dollars a year. We do not own a 
 home, our credit is not were it should be and it all was because of gambling. It 
 has only been two weeks since I saw you and I have money in the bank, all our 
 bills are current, and we have an appointment to meet with a mortgage broker 
 this Friday. WOW. I was very skeptical when I called you, but at the same time
 I was desperate really wanted to stop gambling. G.A. had not worked, my 
 church had not worked I was at a very low point in my life. Today that is no 
 longer an issue. My life finally feels GREAT. I know I will never gamble
 again. My husband who is now a believer, has asked me to make an appointment with you  for himself. He could not believe it when we drove to our favorite place to 
 gamble, a place we had gambled at together for the past ten years, minimum
 three times a week, I was able to sit there and watch him play, go get him money
 from the ATM machine and never play one penny, that was the nail in the
 coffin for the two of us? I could not believe it. All I know is that I never had
 the desire to play and it felt good, I mean damn good. Alice thank you for
 helping me get my life back. I wish there was something more I could do for
 you because to  say thanks you, just don't say enough. May God continue to bless

This email is to thank you for your help. When I saw your sign driving by 
 the office, I always was hesitant about getting hypnotized, but I also 
 believed that it could work. Needless to say, after the session, I haven't 
 had the urge to play craps at all.  I even was down on the strip with a 
 friend who flew into town, had money in my pocket, and not one urge to

On 2/22/08 I finally came to the end of the road and decided to visit Alice ,because I had been fighting for almost 12 years to stop using drugs, I was addicted to crack cocaine, every time I did this, I was so scared it would be my last day on earth. Only God Knows how many times I begged him, and cried out for help, I know I was led to her the first day of treatment with Alice I came outside and for the first time I saw the sky so beautiful, the trees and everything around me, it was at the moment I had realized my life had changed.  I  noticed  I had so much emotional problems, anger and  I was also a very nervous person. Now I am drug free cigarette free and enjoying my life for the first time.
